Services and Products Disclaimer

I offer one-on-one naturopathic consultations, including:

  • Initial Consultations (comprehensive health assessment and treatment planning)

  • Follow-up Consultations (ongoing support and treatment adjustments)

The purpose of these services is to help you better understand your health, identify possible contributing factors to your symptoms, and provide tailored lifestyle and nutritional recommendations. As a naturopath, I take a holistic approach to health and offer evidence-based guidance that complements, rather than replaces, conventional medical care.

It is important to note:

  • I am not a medical doctor and do not diagnose medical conditions.

  • My services are not a substitute for primary medical care. I encourage all clients to maintain regular check-ups with their GP and discuss any naturopathic recommendations with them.

  • If I determine that your health concerns fall outside my scope of practice, I will refer you to an appropriate healthcare professional.

Client Responsibilities

When working with me, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete health information, including any medical conditions, medications, and supplements you are taking.

  • Asking questions if you do not fully understand any recommendations or treatment plans provided.

  • Following up with me if you experience any concerns or side effects from herbal medicines or supplements.

  • Notifying me of any changes in your health status.

  • Engaging in consultations in a quiet, private space when using telehealth services to ensure focus and confidentiality.

Any recommendations I provide are valid for three months. If you wish to continue following the same health plan beyond this period, I recommend scheduling a follow-up consultation for reassessment.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for consultations is required at the time of booking via credit card or bank transfer.

  • If using a credit card to pay via Square, I do not store your card details myself. Please see Square terms and conditions for particulars regarding transactions.

  • If paying via bank deposit, payment must be received within 7 days of the consultation.

  • A tax invoice will be provided for all purchases.

Cancellations and Appointment Changes

I understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. However, I ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • However, if you need to cancel due to illness or an unforeseen circumstance, appointments can be rescheduled and I will waive the cancellation fee. Please send me an email hello@chloevossnaturpathy.com.au

  • If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice, the full consultation fee will apply.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Consultations are conducted via telehealth. Please make sure you have a quiet distraction free environment during this time.

  • Herbal medicines and supplements may be recommended as part of your treatment plan.

    • Postage costs will be calculated based on size and weight.

    • Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days.

    • I take care to package products securely, but I am not responsible for loss or damage once they are with Australia Post.

    • If your parcel does not arrive on time, I can provide a tracking number upon request.

Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of my services, I do not offer refunds on consultations or herbal medicines. Custom herbal formulas are prepared specifically for your needs and cannot be returned once purchased.

If you believe there has been an issue with your consultation or product, please contact me within 7 days, and I will do my best to resolve the matter fairly.

Professional Boundaries and Communication

  • I respond to client inquiries via email only (no text messages, or personal phone calls).

  • If you have follow-up questions after a consultation, I am happy to assist via email. However, detailed inquiries may require booking a follow-up consultation.
